A Member of RICS and the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators, Daniel benefits from considerable experience throughout the Gulf and globally in contracts including [FIDIC], [JCT] and [NEC]. In addition to his construction expertise, Daniel is a legal specialist, holding an English Law degree, a Masters in both Construction Law and Arbitration (Distinction) and Professional Legal Practice, and he has completed the Legal Practice Course.

Daniel’s construction, dispute resolution and legal expertise has supported clients and projects across sectors as diverse as aviation, transportation, infrastructure, healthcare, commercial and residential. Internally, Daniel provides best practice leadership for the Omnium Resolve team, continually striving to improve and create innovative ways of working.
