Part of an extensive tourism and hotel complex in Jordan, Omnium Resolve’s team was appointed in 2018 to this hotel development of the highest international quality by our major international developer client. Situated on the Red Sea coastline, Aqaba is an increasingly-popular tourism destination in the GCC with access to the ancient city of Petra and Unesco World Heritage Sites creating a unique and culturally-rich holiday for global visitors. This complex comprises all amenities demanded by a modern traveller, offering comfortable, welcoming and tailored experiences for guests whilst meeting our client’s vision as a desirable and commercially successful destination.

Expert claims services, including assessment of the contractor’s extension of time and disruption claims, focused on the amicable resolution of disputes ensures the maintenance of strong relationships between all project stakeholders.
