For almost 20 years, Omnium Resolve and Omnium International have worked at the heart of Downtown Dubai, supporting the development, maintenance and continued expansion of this world-renowned master plan. Billed at its inception as the most exclusive square mile of real estate in the world, the site has expanded with the appetite for new and impressive residential, hospitality, retail and leisure development showing no sign of slowing. As demand grows for pioneering, sustainable and efficient facilities, Omnium Resolve’s team plays an integral role in the commercial management of Downtown Dubai.
From the original construction of the Dubai Mall through to numerous residential packages and expansion projects, Omnium Resolve has employed a collaborative and proactive approach to dispute resolution and claims management at Downtown Dubai which has enabled the master plan to progress in line with our client’s impressive vision.
Acting on behalf of the employer, Omnium Resolve was appointed to deliver dispute resolution and claims management services, including the expert assessment of contractor and subcontractor claims, relating to a number of residential and hospitality developments throughout the master plan. Headquartered close to Downtown Dubai, our team’s continued support works proactively and collaboratively to avoid disputes wherever possible, from initial advice through to prompt and efficient dispute resolution that keeps high-value packages of work at the site on track.
Enjoying strong working relationships and channels of communication with project teams gained from our long-term involvement with Downtown Dubai, Omnium Resolve benefits from excellent visibility on all records, allowing our team to forensically interrogate and assess extension of time, disruption and acceleration claims as they arise.
