Engaged by the developer, Omnium Resolve’s team reviewed and assessed contractor quantum submissions on this pioneering development as part of international arbitration proceedings. Enjoying an exceptional level of knowledge of the development, expert investigation and review was undertaken to advise compliance by contractors with notice requirements, completing valuations and delivering commercial advice to the developer and its lead claims team in respect of counterclaims.
